Description:
Thermocouple sensors generating
emf/mV and RTD sensors producing giving the change
in resistance value with respect to the change in
temperature are not having the linear characteristic,
hence to indicate the temperature within the accuracy
of 0.1°C or 1°C throughout the measurable
range, the need arises to linearize these non linear
curves.
These models linearizes all types
of thermocouple and RTD sensor curves for accurate
indication of temperature within the ± 1°C or
± 0.1°C. All other features of standard indicator
/controllers are offered by these models. One of the
application areas of the linearized single and two
set points controller is to use it as the safety controller
(or police protection) along with the microprocessor
based PID or RAMP/SOAK program controller where the
indicating accuracies of both are matched without
any ambiguity. Also, Being made using digital and
linear electronic components, these models are very
simple and easy to operate and unlike micro. based
instruments, they are not susceptible to industrial
RFI/EMI interferences.
