We are specialized in PID and Ramp / Soak Program
Controllers (both for single loop and multi
loop control applications). These are widely
used by heat treatment furnace manufacturers,
plastic industries (for extruders and injection
moulding machines), pollution control industries,
petrochemical industries, packaging and pharmaceutical
industries, water treatment plants, Research
and Defense Institutes, Jewellery manufacturing
Industry and many more.
Our Thyristor power packs in SINGLE PHASE /
3PHASE version designed for heating control
applications are field proven and are widely
used for electrically heated furnaces, ovens
and many other heating systems. We have successfully
installed more than 2000 power packs of different
ratings and sizes all over the country.
Our Signal convertor / isolator and two wire
temperature transmitters are very useful for
converting low level signals to (4-20)mA for
interfacing thermocouples / RTD, load cell,
pH sensor etc... to the PID, Programmers, data
loggers, SCADA and DCS systems without using
costly compensating cables and for preventing
ground line interferences. These are widely
used by PLC and Automation system integrators.
Our dedicated computer based supporting interfacing
SCADA software are indigenously developed
to suit many PC based data acquisition and controlling
application such as for data logging furnace
control, HVAC control, Heat treatment
laboratory equipment control etc.
